Mark grew up in the Bootheel of Missouri. Graduating from Arkansas State University with a B.S. degree in Real Estate and Insurance he began his career with Ellington Insurance in 1988. Mark is a third generation insurance broker following his father and grandfather. Mark enjoies his 3 children, Summer, Payton, and Abby. He has two granddaughters Bailey Grace and Avery Kate. Hobbies are hunting, fishing, shooting, and coaching children's ball teams. Other business interests are Real Estate development and capital management. Guided by a strong belief in God and the appreciation for other people.
Kim started in the insurance industry in 2000 and is currently responsible for managing personal lines coverage such as Homeowners, Personal Auto, Watercraft, Motorcycles, and Personal Umbrella. She grew up in Rome, GA then moved to Southeast Missouri in 1983. Kim and her husband Richard, live near Portageville and have two children, Britney and Tasha, and four grandchildren. Kim enjoys horses, motorcycles and spending time with her grandchildren.
Becky started with Ellington Insurance in 2001. She began part-time as a bookkeeper but currently manages the accounting department for both branches. Born in Memphis, TN but raised right here in the Bootheel. She attended school in Gideon. Becky graduated in the top ten of her class from Portageville High School in 1986. She lives on her family farm near Portageville with her husband, Jerome and two children Lindsey and Kacie as well as her granddaughters Layla and Layken. MeLissa has worked with Ellington Insurance since 2004 and serves as a customer service representative. She grew up in Wardell and graduated North Pemiscot High in 1995. MeLissa lives near Portageville with her husband Chris and two children Bogan and Jillian. Those of you who have come in our office know that her kind personality makes her a favorite in our area. MeLissa is never caught without a smile.
Gayla started with Ellington Insurance in 2006 and works as a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative and Claims Manager. One of Gayla's best virtues is her desire to help people, making her perfect for assisting clients after they've experienced a loss. She grew up in East Prairie and attended East Prairie schools. Gayla and Scott moved to Portageville in 1997 with son Zach. She is involved in her church and loves working with children as a youth pastor. Gayla and Scott are active with the area youth conference and love music.
Mona started with Ellington Insurance in 2007 and currently works as a Commercial Lines Manager for both branches. Mona grew up in Gideon and married her high school sweetheart Kelly. They have twin sons Zachary and Dylan. Mona is very involved with church and children. Prior to working with our company Mona worked with the Portageville Schools and with her husband managing their family business.
Crystal has been in the insurance industry since 2001. She first went to work with the Bob Holland Agency, then in 2012 after Bob's sudden passing, the agency became a part of our company. Crystal is currently our branch manager in the Caruthersville office. Crystal always has a smile and a personality that defines "Great Customer Service". Crystal is an active member of her church and is part of the ministry team there. She also sits on the board for the Day of Hope and Outreach ministry in our community.
Tonya began in the insurance business working with The Bob Holland Insurance Agency in 2010 and continues with the Ellington Insurance Agency today. Tonya serves as a customer service representative and producer at our Caruthersville office. Tonya grew up in Wardell. A life long resident of the Bootheel, she is married to Bobby Davis, and they have two children, Patience and Paisley. Tonya enjoys her family, movies and family vacations.
